INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Natural Lotus Sabudana ​
- 1/2 cup Lotus Nylon Sabudana
- 1/3 Cup Sama
- 3 Medium Boiled Grated Potato
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- Salt & Pepper as per taste (use sendha namak if making for fasting)
- 2-3 tbsp Malai(fresh cream )
- 2-3 tbsp Oil
DIRECTIONS
- Step 1
wash & Soak Tapioca Sabudana in water for 15 mins.
- Step 2
Drain & Reserve for an hour while you prep other things.
- Step 3
Roast the Nylon Sabudana and Powder it.
- Step 4
Boil & Grate Potatoes.
- Step 4
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Step 4
Roll into thin sheet in between parchment paper or two clean plastic sheets.
- Step 4
Bake in oven at 180° for 20 mins.
- Step 4
Cut into desired shapes,flip and bake again till crispy.
Serving Suggestion:with roasted-crushed peanut & yoghurt dip.
