INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 cups of Lotus Mini Nylon Sabudana ​
- 3/4 cup of raw peanuts
- 1/2 cup of Readymade or homemade potato chips (the long variety)
- Oil to fry
- Salt (Alternatively, can use Sendhanamak variety to make this on fasting days)
- 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
- ¼ teaspoon black salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper powder
DIRECTIONS
- Step 1
Begin by frying Sabudana on a medium flame.Once done, remove it and spread it over paper.
- Step 2
In the same oil, fry the peanuts and remove on a paper once done.
- Step 3
Now, in a big bowl, add the fried peanuts and sabudana along with potato chips and mix well.
- Step 4
Add all the spice powders and gently mix with hands or ladles.
